Is the NEXT LED cloud portal secure for government or school networks?
Yes. Our software is built on AWS (Amazon Web Services) infrastructure and utilizes Auth0 for secure identity management. We employ end-to-end content encryption and a segmented network design. This ensures that the sign operates on its own dedicated cellular or local connection, completely isolated from your sensitive internal data and without requiring you to open vulnerable ports in your firewall.
Do I need to pay for annual software licenses or “per-screen” fees?
No. Unlike most industry competitors, NEXT LED includes lifetime software access with every sign purchase. There are no recurring subscription fees, no “per-screen” licensing costs, and no hidden charges for feature updates. When we roll out a new software capability, your system updates automatically via the cloud at no additional cost.
Can I manage multiple signs across different states from one login?
Absolutely. Our Centralized Dashboard is designed for scalability. What happens to my sign content if the internet connection is interrupted?
Our systems feature Automated Offline Playback. Once your content is “pushed” from the cloud, it is stored locally on the sign’s industrial-grade media player. If the cellular or Wi-Fi signal drops, the sign will continue to run its current playlist without interruption. Once the connection is restored, the sign will automatically sync and download any new scheduled updates.
