01 Is the NEXT cloud portal secure for government or school networks?
Yes. Our software is built on AWS (Amazon Web Services) infrastructure and uses Auth0 for secure identity management. Content is encrypted end to end and the network design is segmented, so the sign runs on its own dedicated cellular or local connection, isolated from your internal data, without opening ports in your firewall.
02 Do I need to pay for annual software licenses or per-screen fees?
No. NEXT includes lifetime software access with every sign. There are no subscription fees, no per-screen licensing costs and no charges for feature updates. When we release a new capability, your system updates automatically through the cloud at no additional cost.
03 Can I manage multiple signs across different states from one login?
Yes. The dashboard is built to scale. Whether you manage one sign in Wichita or 50 displays across the country, you can group signs by region, schedule content for specific time zones and check the health of every display in real time from one browser login.
04 What happens to my sign content if the internet connection is interrupted?
Your content keeps playing. Once it is sent from the cloud, it is stored on the sign’s industrial-grade media player. If the cellular or Wi-Fi signal drops, the sign keeps running its current playlist, then syncs and downloads any new scheduled updates when the connection returns.
