Bringing art into the community’s view

Mark Arts is an arts and cultural center in Wichita, Kansas, offering exhibitions, classes and community events. To make that programming more visible beyond its walls, the organization added an outdoor digital sign and an indoor LED art display visible through its windows.

The two displays give Mark Arts a flexible way to promote events, showcase exhibitions and introduce passing visitors to its work.

  • Art visible through the windowsThe indoor APEX display brings colorful artwork and exhibition content into view from outside the building.
  • Flexible content updatesDigital content management gives staff a way to refresh messages and schedule programming across the displays.

A stronger community connection

Katy Dorrah credits the displays with helping Mark Arts connect its exhibitions and mission with the surrounding community.

“The Art to the City digital display and outdoor digital sign from Next LED Signs have transformed the way we engage the community with the mission of Mark Arts. Showcasing our exhibitions in a dynamic, eye-catching way to anyone passing our community’s fifth-busiest intersection has been a game-changer. It’s helped us connect with visitors in a way that traditional signage simply couldn’t.”
